Stuckness in Contrast Modeling
Not all stuckness is the same. There are two main types:
1. Stillness Stuckness
- You know the tension, but nothing moves. Paralysis, indecision, avoidance.
- Example: Feeling blocked and not acting at all.
2. Active Stuckness
- Looks like you’re making moves (changing jobs, routines, stories), but the core tension stays put.
- Common signs: new setting, same pattern. Tweaking the surface, but not what’s underneath.
Key Test:
Has the real pattern, tension, or field shifted? If not, you’re still stuck—even if things look busy on the surface.
